Computational Systems Biology (CSB) Group at Gebze Technical University, TURKEY has main focus on Systems Medicine.
Our goal is to apply computational biology tools to identify principles behind cell functioning. To this aim, we put a special emphasis on (i) integration of 'omics data with molecular interaction networks, and (ii) sequence-structure-function relationships in proteins and drug design.
